| Name                                                                      | Type                                                     | Description |
| ------------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- | ----------- |
| name - The suggested organization name.                                   | slug - The suggested organization slug.                  |             |
| code - The advisory type. Currently only 'organization\_already\_exists'. | severity - The severity level. Currently only 'warning'. |             |
