# getSamlConnection()

Retrieves a [`SamlConnection`](https://clerk.com/docs/reference/backend/types/backend-saml-connection.md) by its ID.

## `GetOrganizationParams`

| Name             | Type   | Description                                |
| ---------------- | ------ | ------------------------------------------ |
| samlConnectionId | string | The ID of the SAML connection to retrieve. |
