SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
This Supplemental Notice for California Residents only applies to our processing of personal information that is subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (together, the “CCPA”). The CCPA provides California residents with the right to know what categories of personal information Clerk has collected about them and whether Clerk disclosed that personal information for a business purpose (e.g., to a service provider) in the preceding 12 months. We may retain this Personal Data for as long as is needed for the purpose(s) for which it was collected and no longer than is relevant and reasonably necessary. Our retention periods vary based on business, legal and regulatory needs. We securely retain records of data requests for at least 24 months as required under the CCPA.
Sensitive Personal Information
We do not collect or use sensitive personal information other than financial account or debit or credit card information when you make a purchase online, which information is used only to process your payment by our payment processor for such purchase.
“Sale” or “Sharing” of Personal Information under the CCPA
We may share your personal information with third parties, including for purposes of analytics of our website, which may constitute “selling” or “sharing” under the CCPA. Such sale or sharing does not include information about individuals we know are under age 16. In the preceding twelve (12) months, Clerk has sold or shared the categories of personal information listed below with the categories of third parties listed below.
